Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Medical Shop Assistant to support the daily operations of our pharmacy. The candidate will assist customers, manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure smooth functioning of the medical store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and arrange medicines on shelves.
• Check expiry dates and remove expired products as per guidelines.
• Receive and organize new stock deliveries.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and well-organized.
• Assist the pharmacist in daily operations.
• Maintain records and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Graduate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle customers professionally.
