Position: Mental Health Support AdvisorResponsibilities

• Provide ongoing mental health support and guidance to clients.
• Facilitate continuity of care and ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and follow evidence-based practices.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate documentation.
• Support individuals with empathy, confidentiality, and respect.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants should possess any degree from the following backgrounds:

• MBBS/BAMS/BHMS
• M.Sc. in Health-Related Streams
• Any Master's Degree with a strong interest in mental healthcare

Preferred Qualities

• Passion for evidence-based mental health support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional, and client-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible online environment.

Compensation & Benefits
