Job Description: PCE Outcome Monitoring Executive
Department: Patient-Centered Care (PCC)
Location: Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi
Reports To: Chief of PCC
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient communication practices across hospital touchpoints.
- Conduct daily patient feedback, exit surveys, and queue communication surveys.
- Observe staff communication and identify training gaps.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain patient experience data.
- Prepare daily reports, monthly MIS, and dashboards.
- Track patient complaints, feedback, and corrective actions.
- Support PCE competency assessments and staff refresher training.
- Monitor patient communication standards at satellite centres.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Optometry, Nursing, Hospital Administration, Social Work, or Psychology.
- 2–4 years of experience in patient care, counselling, or healthcare.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and report writing.
- Willingness to travel to satellite centres.
