Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Listener to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. The Listener's role is to actively listen, offer emotional support, maintain confidentiality, and refer users to appropriate professionals when necessary. This is not a therapy or medical role.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen attentively and empathetically to clients without judgment.
• Build trust and create a comfortable environment for conversations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
• Encourage clients to express their thoughts and emotions openly.
• Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to better understand concerns.
• Provide emotional support without offering medical, legal, or psychological diagnoses.
• Identify situations that require referral to a qualified counselor, psychologist, or emergency service.
• Maintain accurate session notes and client interaction records.
• Follow organizational policies and quality standards.
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per hour
