Beyond Medica is a rapidly growing medical devices and surgical equipment distribution company based in Delhi. We partner with leading domestic and international manufacturers and supply a wide range of advanced medical devices, surgical products, vascular products, compression therapy solutions, dialysis products, oncology products, and other healthcare equipment to hospitals and healthcare institutions across India.
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional who can strengthen our presence in hospitals and healthcare institutions while building long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital management.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager with strong relationships in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of medical device sales. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience interacting with doctors, surgeons, cath labs, operation theatres, procurement departments, and hospital decision-makers.
This role requires a combination of technical product understanding, relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate product enquiries and secure purchase orders from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with medical professionals.
- Promote and position the company's portfolio of medical devices and surgical equipment.
- Coordinate with hospital procurement teams and purchase departments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Assist in product launches and market development activities.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Travel within Delhi NCR and other regions as required.
