Role Description:-

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager / Manager – Institutional Sales (Medical) to promote our range of organic mother, baby, and kids care products to doctors, paediatricians, gynaecologists, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit paediatricians, gynaecologists, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Meet with the concerned Faculty & Business Heads of the institutions and introduce and explain our organic mother, baby, and kids care products.
• Generate product awareness and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers.
• Take regular feedback from doctors, retailers, and customers.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
• Participate in product launches, promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times.

Candidate Qualifications & other Requirements

• Candidate with good communication, presentable and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Tie-ups with the hospitals.
• Good relations with the leading paediatricians, gynaecologists and institutions like Appollo Medics, Medanta, Max Hospital, etc. in the assigned territory(Lucknow).
• Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related qualifications.
• Experience in medical sales, healthcare, pharma, baby care or wellness products is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to confidently communicate with doctors and customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and maintaining sales reports.
• Two-wheeler/LMV valid driving licence is essential.

Location: Lucknow

Experience: 5–10 years in Institutional Sales (Medical) preferred.
