Role Overview
The Medical Content Developer will play a key role in creating, reviewing, and enhancing academic medical
content for PrepLadder’s learning platform. This role is ideal for recent MBBS graduates who have a passion
for medical education and a strong grasp of core concepts. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject
matter experts and the content team to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all academic material,
including Qbanks, notes, tests, and videos.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop high-quality academic content that simplifies complex medical concepts for learners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth in all content.
  • Continuously improve content by incorporating user feedback and staying updated on the latest medical advancements.
  • Review and edit academic material including Qbanks, tests, video scripts, and notes to ensure alignment with PrepLadder’s content standards.
  • Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.

Requirements:
  • MBBS degree.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
  • Passion for teaching, academic writing, and simplifying medical education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
