1. Type clinic letters, correspondence, reports for the consultant and other medical staffs within the service.

2. To ensure all clinical letters and documents are transcribed and delivered in chronological order (with preference to priority/emergency)

3. Ensure all records given to the department are uploaded in the patient administration, system / medical records and can be tracked and referred by the physicians and staffs as needed.

4. Preparation of clinical summery to the OP patients and daily updation of patient’s clinical details to system.

5. To be up to date on comprehensive knowledge and medical terminologies with respect to oncology.

6. Answer internal and external departmental enquiries appropriately and do the needful actions as required.

7. Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary team and help them to maintain the records and informations.

8. Comply with all policies, rules and ethics of the institution.

9. Maintain confidentiality of patient’s medical record information.

Pay: ₹21,285.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
