Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe and format recorded medical dictations into accurate EHR. The ideal candidate will maintain a 99% accuracy rate, manage RCM documentation tasks, and consistently meet strict turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Transcription: Transcribe comprehensive medical reports dictated by healthcare professionals with high precision.
• Rigorous Proofreading: Review typed documents against the original audio recordings to identify errors, correct grammatical mistakes, and ensure proper formatting.
• Turnaround Time Management: Adhere strictly to established turnaround times to ensure timely document availability.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain an industry-standard quality benchmark of at least 99% error-free documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Adapt fluidly to cross-functional workflows and support diverse processes across the medical transcription department.
• RCM Support: Assist with RCM tasks, including documentation deficiency analysis and closure.
• Discharge Summaries: Prepare detailed discharge summaries by synthesizing information from historical health records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or in a similar medical records role.
• Deep understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
• Exceptional listening, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with RCM workflows and electronic health record systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
