Responsibilities

  • Experienced in producing ready to upload transcripts of live earnings conference calls in a short TAT of 3-6 hours from machine generated transcripts.
  • Ability to discern accents from various part of the world.
  • Excellent internet research skills and attention to detail and follow the context.
  • Flexible in accepting work schedule at any time of the day/night.

Qualifications

  • Possess excellent proofreading and editing skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Must be reliable, dependable and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to accept and learn from critical feedback.
  • Available and willing to commit time for onboarding.
  • Possess a working foot pedal, shortcut_keys, headset and good knowledge of transcription software.
  • Updated fully operational computer system with current licensed anti-virus protection software.
  • Must be available via one of the following – Zoom/phone/email/text/google chat/internal instant message system during business day.
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable power backup.
