Medical Transcriptionist Transcriptionist jobs

Responsibilities:

• Document all physician-patient interactions in real-time during consultations.
• Accurately update patient information in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Prepare and organize patient charts prior to appointments.
• Retrieve diagnostic test results, lab work, and imaging records for review.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff and office team for smooth clinic operations

Requirements:

• Associate degree in health sciences is a plus.
• Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems.
• Excellent listening and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with medical software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient data with discretion.

Pay: ₹28,372.85 - ₹58,941.73 per month
