- Lead and supervise nursing teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Manage overall nursing administration and daily unit operations.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix for patient requirements.
- Coordinate with management and bed managers for admissions and staffing.
- Mentor, orient, train, and develop nursing staff and students.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of equipment and resources.
- Promote teamwork, professional conduct, and effective conflict resolution.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe clinical environment.
- Participate in quality improvement, policy review, and practice development.
