- Package Selection: Select appropriate Medisep packages based on clinical documentation.
- Query Handling: Handle medical and insurance-related queries from TPAs (Third Party Administrators) or insurance companies.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Scheme Awareness: Sound knowledge of private health insurance and government health schemes.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills.
