The Medical Scribe Trainee supports healthcare providers by documenting patient visits and medical information while undergoing training in medical terminology, clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and EHR systems. The trainee works under supervision until competency standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient-provider interactions.
• Enter patient histories, symptoms, examination findings, and treatment plans into EHR systems.
• Assist in preparing clinical documentation for physician review.
• Learn and apply medical terminology, abbreviations, and anatomy concepts.
• Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and assessments.
• Perform administrative tasks related to medical documentation.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
