Full job description

  • Guide clients about all necessary documentation required as per the application (Study, visitor, Work Permit, PR etc.) . Collect & organize all these documents.
  • Accurately fill various visa application forms in accordance with official guidelines. Ensure all applications are compliant with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with various channel partners through email & phone call.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for biometrics, medical examinations, and visa interviews as required.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their visa applications.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of each client’s application process for reference and compliance.
  • Oversee internal tracking systems and databases to monitor the progress of all active applications.
  • Prepare students for university and embassy interviews, including guidance on common questions and interview etiquette.
  • Write SOP’s & various other letters required for different type of applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
