Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
• Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion records.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain site records, attendance, material consumption, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
• Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
