Full job description
- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, menus, posters, banners, in-house branding, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design marketing collaterals for events, festivals, promotions, and new launches.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to ensure consistent brand identity.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos for digital and print use.
- Manage and update digital assets, templates, and design files.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives based on daily/weekly marketing plans.
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, print, screens, website).
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output and correct specifications.
- Stay updated with design trends, typography, color theory, and hospitality branding styles.
- Maintain accuracy, creativity, and originality in all design projects.
- Support event branding — standees, signage, menu inserts, table tents, LED screen creatives, etc.
- Handle urgent/real-time creative requirements during events or peak promotions.
