Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardgoods Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution from sampling to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods (tabletop, barware, kitchenware, etc.)
  • Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams
  • Manage product development and sampling processes
  • Communicate with international clients and handle queries
  • Track orders, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare costing sheets and product documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, design, business, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in hardgoods merchandising
  • Strong knowledge of materials like stainless steel, aluminum, wood etc.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of export processes and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
