Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and authorize microbiology test reports.
- Interpret microbiological findings and provide clinical guidance to physicians.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor culture, sensitivity, serology, and molecular diagnostic testing processes.
- Participate in infection prevention and control programs.
- Investigate and resolve laboratory discrepancies, non-conformities, and critical results.
- Train, mentor, and supervise microbiology laboratory staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support NABL, CAP, or other accreditation activities as applicable.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
