We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to provide technical leadership for the design, development, customization, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform, strong software engineering and integration skills, and a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale CRM implementations. The role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture, hands-on development, stakeholder management, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Architecture

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, development practices, and design patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment approaches.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple Dynamics 365 projects or workstreams.

Dynamics 365 CRM Development

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
• Develop and customize entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and business logic.
• Develop high-quality plugins and custom services using C# and .NET.
• Perform complex customizations while following Microsoft recommended architecture and development practices.

Integration and APIs

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OData, web services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and middleware/integration platforms.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, customer portals, data platforms, and third-party applications.
• Define integration patterns for real-time and asynchronous processing.

Power Platform

• Provide technical leadership for Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Evaluate when to use out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality versus custom development or Power Platform capabilities.
• Establish appropriate governance and ALM practices.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
