We are looking for an Intermediate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications.
Requirements
Skill Minimum Years Additional Remarks :
1. Programming in SQL 1-2+ years SAS, SQL Teradata, Oracle etc
2. Data Visualization & Storytelling 1-2+ Year PowerBI, Microstrategy, Tableau
3. Data modelling and analysis 1-2+ years Statistical, numerical testing, Analysis, ETL , data flow management, schema architecture
4. Advance/Intermediate Excel 1-2+ Years Pivot tables, Power Query, formulas
5. Business Acumen - Telecommunication a plus 1+ Year Understanding business processes, metrics, and decision drivers in the Telecom sector - Nice to have
Working Hours : 9-5 EST
Job Responsibilty :

Adhoc client reporting - Service client requests for reporting including marketing and sales programs, KPI and executive metric reporting, CRTC mandated metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards for self service- telecom metrics such as ARPU, churn, subscriber growth, network usage, and service adoption
Customer & Revenue Analytics -Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle trends (acquisition, retention, upsell).
Business Support & Decision Enablement- Translate business questions into data-driven insights from leadership, product, marketing, and operations.
Explore new sources of information to expand insight opportunities.
