Qualifications :

Mining Manager Qualifications & Skills

Certificate - First Class Manager.

• Advanced degree in mining engineering, geology, or a related field
• Professional certification in mine management
• Extensive knowledge of mining software and technology
• Experience with large-scale mining operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to develop and implement advanced mining techniques
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Familiarity with international mining regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the mining industry
• Strong understanding of mining operations and processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in mining-related computer software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the mining industry
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Mining Manager Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate mining operations
• Develop and implement mining plans and schedules
• Manage mine safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of mining equipment
• Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Recruit, train, and manage mining staff
• Prepare budgets and manage financial resources
• Ensure efficient extraction and processing of minerals
• Implement sustainable and environmentally-friendly mining practices
• Coordinate with other departments, including engineering and environmental management
• Oversee the health and safety of all personnel on site

Work Location: Bengaluru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
