Job profile

An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages, organizes, and analyzes business data. They bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights by designing reporting systems, generating performance dashboards, and maintaining databases to support management decision-making.

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data across various departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Report Generation: Create timely daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Dashboarding: Develop intuitive data visualizations and automated tracking systems for senior management review.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) and database management systems.
