Job Role: As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains, connecting the right people with the right opportunities. You operate independently, think strategically, and close positions like a pro. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role where your earnings grow with every successful closure. No cap. No ceiling. Just pure potential with flexible work timings.

• Job position: Freelance HR Recruiter
• Qualification: +2, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters in any stream
• Experience: 2-10 yrs
• Job Location: Remote (WFH)
• Candidates from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula), Kharar, Zirakpur, Punjab, Himachal, Delhi NCR will be given first preference
• Salary Package: Commission on every successful closure + Amazing Incentives
• Shift Timings: Flexible, no pressure
• Work Time: As per your convenience.
• Candidates must have their own laptop & WIFI

Skills required:

• Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions
• Good at screening and interviewing candidates
• Result-oriented mindset with a passion for closures
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities
• Good hands on LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri portal.
• Must be an open-minded, curious and strong problem solver.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
• Ability to manage data and work efficiently

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to successful onboarding
• Collaborate with management to identify current and future hiring needs
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references
• Design, update, and publish compelling job descriptions and job advertisements
• Screen and shortlist CVs based on client requirements and role fit
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
• Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials
• Develop and execute structured recruitment strategies for effective closures
• Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline
• Track and manage candidate data systematically across IT and Non-IT roles
