    At Infobrandz,We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with the marketing team, video producers, and other critical stakeholders on brainstorming and producing high-quality video content that reflects our branding values. The primary job is to use motion graphics and animation to visually illustrate content through explainer videos.

Detailed Job Description & Job Responsibilities

    • Creating and delivering stunning animation and motion design assets across a variety of media.
    • Working with and assisting the creative team to select audio, video, colors, and animation style for the project.
    • Brainstorming and problem-solving when it comes to visualizing complex technical concepts.
    • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
    • Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets, and the web.
    • Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
    • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
    • Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
    • Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
    • Create best-in-class motion for brand identities, social media etc.
    • Producing story-based motion graphics.
    • End-to-end ownership from conceptualization to storyboarding, editing, animation, and finalization.
    • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
    • Creatively use a visual design or video to communicate an idea, concept, or story.
    • Keep up to date with the latest motion and design trends.
    • Work with the creative team to understand the project scope and objectives.
    • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Full Day & Saturday Half-Day.

Required Skills

    • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of the sample project.
    • You have a keen eye for design and aesthetic.
    • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your idea.
    • You have a never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
    • You have the ability to create motion, interaction, and/or animated visuals within a given brand/visual identity.
    • Ability to independently ideate, create, and troubleshoot through a production pipeline.
    • A professional degree in Motion Graphics or Animation is a plus.
    • Essential Skills:
    • Adobe After Effects
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • Other Possible proficiency:
    • Cinema 4D
    • Premiere
    • Final Cut Pro
    • Adobe Animate (previously Flash)
    • 3D Modelling and Animation
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary & Other Perks
