Full job description

We are looking for a creative Writer + Designer who can transform video ideas into visually compelling YouTube thumbnails.

What you’ll do:

  • Watch and understand the YouTube video to identify the key hook, emotion, and story angle
  • Write engaging thumbnail text/content that captures attention and drives curiosity
  • Design aesthetic thumbnails aligned with the brand’s visual guidelines
  • Work closely with the content team to understand the brand tone and audience

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys design and visual storytelling
  • A creative thinker who can combine words and visuals effectively
  • Someone who is interested in building skills in thumbnail design, branding, and content packaging
  • Formal education in art or design is not mandatory
  • Candidates with a background in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields will have an advantage
