Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location:Bangalore, India
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR professional with 1–3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and HR analytics.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
  • Facilitate employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Ensure completion of joining documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee exit formalities and documentation.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.
  • Assist in leave, attendance, and employee data management.
  • Support HR policy communication and implementation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support wellness, recognition, and cultural programs.
  • Coordinate employee communication activities and events.

HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure employee files and records are maintained as per company policies.
  • Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience working with HRMS tools is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.


Basic Requirements

  • Experience Required: 1–3 Years
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems
  • The ability to navigate spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track metrics, run reports, and manage employee data accurately.
