JOB SUMMARY

The person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing channels. He/She will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel, and a passion for data driven marketing.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Develop, implement, and manage paid search, display, and video campaigns

• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and E-Mail Marketing

• Conduct keyword research & analysis to identify new opportunities for targeting & optimizing campaigns

• Create and manage ad copy and creative assets that are optimized for conversions

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency

• Work closely with the content team to develop landing pages that are optimized for campaigns

• Track and report on key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and revenue

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

DESIRED CANDIDATE

• Prior experience in search engine marketing and paid advertising

• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

• Must be proficient in using MS Excel

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to excute multiple campaigns during the seasons
