Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Dynamics 365 CRM migration project from planning and analysis to implementation and user adoption.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the existing on-prem Dynamics environment, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop a comprehensive migration plan and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define business requirements and ensure smooth transition to the cloud.
• Lead the data migration process, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Online to meet user needs and align with business goals.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users after/during the migration.
• Monitor and analyze performance of the cloud environment and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Data Transformation/Migration Skills: Knowledge of data manipulation tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Power Query for data cleansing and migration.
• Networking and Security: Understanding of network security, firewalls for secure cloud access.
• Scripting and Automation: Ability to write scripts for automating tasks during migration.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience with testing methodologies and troubleshooting migration issues.
• Performance Optimization: Understanding of CRM performance optimization techniques in the cloud environment.
• Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to smoothly transition users to the cloud platform.

• Expertise in specific industry verticals using Dynamics 365 (if applicable).
