Job Overview

Black Rock Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Creative Director / Senior Graphic Designer to lead high-impact visual design execution across multiple global campaigns and brands. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing high-volume campaign creatives, ensuring premium design quality, brand consistency, and fast delivery timelines in an agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-impact visual assets including posters, infographics, advertisements, campaign creatives, and multimedia assets for digital and print platforms.
• Manage and deliver high volumes of creatives across multiple brands and campaigns while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, strategists, and stakeholders to convert briefs into compelling creative solutions.
• Oversee automotive marketing creatives, ensuring industry-accurate visuals and premium design aesthetics.
• Create advanced designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools.
• Develop data-driven infographics and visual storytelling assets to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across colors, typography, layouts, and visual tone.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high design standards.
• Review and finalize creatives, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
• Proactively suggest creative innovations and design improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements (Senior Role)

• 6–8+ years of professional Graphic Design / Creative Direction experience
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience managing multi-brand campaign creatives in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing and advertising creatives
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment

Junior Graphic Designer (Remote – Night Shift)Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating social media creatives, ads, and marketing designs
• Design posts, banners, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Support in editing, resizing, and adapting creatives for different platforms
• Work with Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and related tools
• Follow timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks

Requirements (Junior Role)

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of social media creative formats
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to work night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Mandatory Company Requirements (Both Roles)

• Fluent English communication required
• Comfortable working night shift (Canadian shift)
• Comfortable using Time Doctor monitoring system and camera surveillance during working hours
• Must be willing to sign minimum 2-year employment agreement
• Permanent work-from-home setup with own PC and stable internet
• Frequent job switchers should not apply

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
