Job Description: HR Admin (Recruitment-Focused)
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Industry: Open (Corporate / Services / Consulting preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Admin with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role is primarily recruitment-driven, with additional responsibilities in HR operations and basic administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds
- Coordinate offers, negotiations, and candidate onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring MIS
2. HR Operations (20%)
- Support onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors as required
3. Administration (10%)
- Handle basic office administration and coordination
- Maintain vendor bills, office supplies, and admin records
- Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with facilities and service providers when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and admin processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work from office (Belapur, Navi Mumbai)
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Good documentation and MIS skills
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
