  • Preparation of Board and Committee documents, along with filings required under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other secretarial functions.

  • Effective Management of the Board as well as the meetings for the Board of Directors, Management Committee, and shareholders.

  • Maintenance of the SEBI/IRDAI/Companies Act compliance calendar and periodic filing of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliance reports.

  • Providing and coordinating for data submissions for statutory, internal and secretarial audits.

  • Manage website updates and maintenance to ensure compliance with SEBI Regulations and the Companies Act.

  • Updating statutory registers and maintaining records.

    Qualified Company Secretary (CS) professional program, with 2 to 3 years experience

    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills

    Candidates having experience in BFSI and Mutual Fund space would be given preference.
