We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate in finance for Sr. Functional consultant position to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Business Central solutions to meet clients’ business needs. The role requires a deep understanding of financials, supply chain, manufacturing, project management, taxation and other business processes, along with expertise in Business Central's capabilities.

As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Finance Functional Consultant, you're a functional consultant or a business user with a fundamental understanding of finance industry standards. You have experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the needs of your organization. You're a key resource and a solution architect who works with developers, project managers, and functional consultants in finance, commerce, and manufacturing.

You will Need…

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, C.A. Inter(Preferred) or CMA.

• 6+ years of experience in the NAV/MS D365 Business Central project implementation.

• Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, manufacturing, and warehouse management.

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  
  
  

What Do You Need to Do?

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and define functional specifications.

• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure and customize D365 Business Central to align with business needs, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

• Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within Business Central.

• Integration & Reporting: Work with technical teams to integrate Business Central with other applications and develop reporting solutions using Power BI and Jet Reports.

• Documentation: Prepare detailed functional documentation, test scripts, and user manuals.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
