Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you

will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to provide

valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work

closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to identify

business requirements and develop analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

 Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and

insights.

 Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to support

data analysis and reporting.

 Interpret and present data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

in a clear and concise manner.

 Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and develop key

performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring data quality and performance.

 Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to improve

data accuracy and reliability.

 Assist in the design and development of data visualization dashboards, reports, and

presentations for monitoring and communicating data analysis results.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques, tools,

and technologies.

 Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures

to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,

or a related discipline.

 Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation using Excel.

 Proficiency in R programming for statistical analysis and data modeling.

 Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (Nice to have).

 Experience with Python for modeling, machine learning, and data automation (Nice to have).

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
