Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and REST APIs to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in API development, database design, SQL query optimization, stored procedure development, and supporting production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET technologies (C# / ASP.NET Core).
• Develop, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Design, write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
• Work extensively with SQL Server for database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Analyze and optimize complex database queries and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and internal teams for seamless integration.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for APIs and database changes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in .NET Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web APIs.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience writing and optimizing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Joins, Indexes, and Complex SQL Queries.
• Good understanding of database design, normalization, and query optimization.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to Microservices Architecture.
• Experience working in a Product-Based Company.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework / LINQ.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
