Job Description

The Network Infrastructure Services team is responsible for architecting, building, automating, and managing global network infrastructure across on-premises datacenters and major public cloud providers. The Senior Network Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting enterprise-scale network and security infrastructure across Data Centers and Public Clouds including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in network operations, troubleshooting, implementation, and enterprise networking technologies across cloud and on-prem environments. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative and agile environment focused on operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement.

This position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model and mandatory work-from-office expectations. Candidates should also be open to shift rotation support.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations and implementation at scale across Data Centers and/or Public Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Public Cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Network Design, including: Data Center Networking, Campus Networks, Public Cloud Networking, Global WAN Connectivity
• Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with: IPv4 / IPv6, BGP, VPN, Layer 2 Switching, VxLAN
• Hands-on experience with multiple networking vendors and technologies, including:
• Arista (L2/L3/CVP) – Mandatory
• Cisco (Spine-Leaf / L2/L3 / IOS / NX-OS) – Mandatory
• Meraki (Wireless) – Mandatory
• Palo Alto Networks – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Network Security technologies, including: Palo Alto Firewalls, 802.1x, Network Authentication Systems, VPN Technologies
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving enterprise network infrastructure issues.
• Experience supporting production network environments and ensuring infrastructure stability and performance.
• Willingness to work in shift rotation.

Optional Requirements:

• Public Cloud Networking Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) preferred.
• Experience with one or more Load Balancer technologies, including:
• Citrix NetScaler (Preferred)
• AVI Load Balancer
• NGINX
• HAProxy
• Experience supporting large-scale global infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to network automation and infrastructure management practices.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support Network and Security Infrastructure across: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, On-premises Data Centers
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of company's global network infrastructure.
• Monitor network support queues and provide operational support for infrastructure incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex network issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Identify, implement, and track corrective actions following incident resolution.
• Support enterprise office and connectivity infrastructure used for development and hosting services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to implement scalable and resilient network solutions.
• Maintain and support networking technologies, hardware platforms, and security infrastructure.
• Participate in operational support and shift rotation schedules.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent hands-on enterprise network operations experience may also be considered.
• Relevant networking/cloud certifications are preferred, such as:
• CCNP / CCIE
• Arista ACE
• Palo Alto PCNSE
• AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI Networking Certification

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
