Hiring Fresher US IT Recruiter
We are looking for Fresher US IT Recruiters who want to start their career in US IT staffing and recruitment. Candidates with Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or any technical degree background will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal database
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, location, rate, and availability
Understand US IT requirements and submit suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate details in ATS or tracker
Learn US visa types, tax terms, time zones, and IT technologies
Required Skills:
Freshers can apply
0 to 6 months experience preferred
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Basic understanding of IT skills will be preferred
Willing to work in US shift
Good learning attitude and confidence
Qualification:
BCA, B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc IT, Computer Science, or any technical degree preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
