Overview

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and camera-friendly News Anchor to present news stories and current affairs across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of Hindi (English is a plus), and the ability to deliver accurate, engaging, and unbiased news content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present live and recorded news bulletins with confidence and professionalism.
  • Research, write, and edit news scripts when required.
  • Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and public representatives.
  • Cover breaking news and provide timely updates across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with reporters, producers, and the editorial team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain a professional on-screen presence and adhere to editorial standards.
  • Participate in special news programs, debates, and field reporting when required.
  • Stay updated on current affairs, politics, business, entertainment, sports, and local developments.
  • Ensure factual accuracy and maintain ethical journalism standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a News Anchor, Reporter, or Broadcast Presenter (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent spoken Hindi; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Strong script reading, pronunciation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during live broadcasts. Basic knowledge of newsroom operations and digital media platforms.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile Confident personality with excellent camera presence.
  • Strong research and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and breaking news coverage.
  • Passion for journalism and current affairs.
  • Team player with excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
