What will you do:
- Rotate through different departments including Production Finance, Manufacturing Services, and Engineering, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as costing, budget control, procurement, project planning, and more
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects aimed at optimizing processes and driving operational excellence within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI initiatives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) improvements Participate in factory orientations and training sessions to gain a deep understanding of our operations and standard
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proven leadership experience or potential demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
