Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track project progress and update project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes (MoM).
- Monitor project risks and issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure project tasks are completed according to the defined scope and deadlines.
- Manage project-related communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
