Role and Responsibilities

• Handle technical queries from US-based customers through chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Assist customers with service-related queries and technical concerns.
• Maintain written communication quality and response-time standards.
• Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of BPO chat support experience is mandatory.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
