Position Title - Manager / Senior Manager – Modern Trade, E-Commerce & D2C

Function - Sales – Organized Retail & Digital Commerce

Location - NSP, New Delhi

Reporting To - National Sales Manager / Management

Experience - 5–9 years

Industry Preference - FMCG / Foods / Consumer Products

Education - Graduate required; MBA / PGDM preferred

Work Type - Full-time · Office-based · 6-day working

Role Purpose - Own Tasty Ninja's business development and growth across:

Modern Trade + E-Commerce Marketplaces + Brand Website / D2C

The role requires an individual who can acquire new accounts as well as commercially manage them after onboarding.

Key Account Universe

Modern Trade: Reliance Retail, DMart, Nature's Basket, Modern Bazaar, Le Marche, Spencer's, Lulu and other national/regional chains.

E-Commerce: Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart and other relevant marketplaces.

D2C: Tasty Ninja's own website and digital storefront.

Responsibilities

Modern Trade — New Business Development

• Identify decisionmakers across national and regional retail chains.
• Lead buyer/category meetings.
• Secure product listings and linking.
• Negotiate Terms of Trade (TOT).
• Develop account-wise assortment.
• Drive store/region rollout.
• Negotiate listing fees, trade margins, schemes and promotional support.
• Build annual/quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP).
• Own primary and secondary sales.
• Monitor sell-through and repeat ordering.
• Drive NPD launches.
• Manage chain-wise promotional and visibility calendars.
• Handle reconciliation, claims and commercial deductions.

E-Commerce Marketplace Management

Own Amazon, Flipkart and relevant marketplaces end-to-end:

• Marketplace onboarding
• Seller/Vendor account management
• Catalogue
• Pricing
• Inventory
• Promotions
• Fulfilment
• Account health
• Listings
• A+ / enhanced content coordination
• Search visibility
• Buy Box where applicable
• New launches
• Campaign participation
• Revenue planning

Own important marketplace metrics:

• Net sales
• Conversion rate
• Traffic
• Average selling price
• Contribution
• ACoS / ROAS where applicable
• Search/organic ranking
• Inventory
• Fill rate
• Return rate
• Account health

D2C / Website Commercial Management

Own the commercial performance of tastyninja.com or the company's D2C storefront.

• Coupon strategy

• Repeat purchases

Work closely with marketing/agency teams on traffic acquisition.
