Pls Note: This is a fully-remote, late-evening + early night shift to support overlap with U.S. working hours.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong Microsoft Excel skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions across various departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, creating reports, and turning raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
  • Use advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS) to clean and analyze large datasets.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operations & partnership teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data or business analyst role with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or Excel Macros (VBA).
  • Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
