Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Access Provisioning Technical Specialist to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, user lifecycle management, and access governance activities across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in access provisioning, authentication technologies, directory services, and IAM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning requests across enterprise applications and systems.
  • Support Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes).
  • Administer and support IAM solutions and access management platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation technologies.
  • Maintain and administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, groups, and access permissions.
  • Perform access reviews, user recertification, and compliance-related activities.
  • Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and audit evidence as required.
  • Support security and compliance initiatives related to identity governance and access management.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory, and LDAP.
  • Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Knowledge of audit, compliance, and access certification processes.
  • Experience with automation or scripting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
