Occupational Therapist – Pediatric / Child Development Platform (Online)

We are looking for a passionate and child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our growing Child Development Platform focused on supporting children with developmental, behavioral, sensory, and learning challenges.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment and is enthusiastic about early intervention, neurodevelopmental care, parent coaching, and evidence-based therapy approaches.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments for children with developmental and behavioral concerns
  • Plan and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Work on sensory integration, fine motor skills, ADLs, attention, regulation, play, and school readiness skills
  • Guide and counsel parents regarding home-based strategies and carryover activities
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, special educators, and behavioral therapists
  • Maintain therapy documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in online consultations, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Knowledge of sensory integration and developmental approaches is an added advantage
  • Good communication and parent-handling skills
  • Comfortable with online consultation and therapy models
  • Passionate about working with children and families
