Job responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Ensure timely production of masala products, breakfast mixes, and other FMCG food items as per demand forecasts.
  • Monitor production processes to achieve quantity, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, and sales departments for smooth operations.

Quality Control & Food Safety

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
  • Implement and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety requirements.
  • Minimize product wastage, rejections, and customer complaints.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Management

  • Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and production workers.
  • Allocate manpower effectively across production lines.
  • Conduct employee training on production processes, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of production staff.

Machine & Maintenance Coordination

  • Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production machinery.
  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance department.
  • Minimize production downtime and improve machine efficiency.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of packaging materials and finished goods storage.
  • Control production costs through efficient resource management.
  • Maintain production records and reports.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other applicable food industry regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
