We are looking for an experienced Non-IT US Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, with hands-on experience sourcing and hiring candidates for non-technical positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across the US market.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated with US recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment for the US market.
  • Strong experience working on roles such as Healthcare, Administrative, Clerical, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other non-technical positions.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and networking channels.
  • Strong understanding of US employment practices and recruitment processes.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
