Back Office Assistant is an administrative professional responsible for managing behind-the-scenes operational tasks that ensure a company runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.   • Data Management: Inputting data into digital systems, organizing databases, and updating physical or electronic company records.
  • Financial Assistance: Processing basic business invoices, managing receipts, organizing bills, and reconciling small daily office expenses.
  • Inventory Control: Tracking existing office assets, evaluating administrative resource levels, and placing bulk orders for essential office supplies.
  • Meeting Logistics: Managing corporate calendars, scheduling team appointments, and coordinating logistics for internal staff meetings.
  • Cross-Department Support: Preparing internal informational summaries, helping sales units with background data, and aiding front-office personnel during peak periods.
  • Document Processing: Managing routine office documentation by printing layout materials, scanning forms, and organizing files systematically.

Key Skills and Technical Requirements

  • Software Proficiency: Deep operational familiarity with text processing, spreadsheet utilities, and relational database tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Data Competency: Strong conceptual grasp of enterprise resource workflows, customer relation systems (CRM), or digital security tracking parameters.
