Job Summary

Discover Webtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and web analytics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Power BI, and Looker Studio and be capable of transforming data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Configure and analyze website and marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Monitor key business and marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and validation checks.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Google Looker Studio.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience integrating marketing and analytics data sources.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics.
