We are having an opening for the position of Accounts Executive at our Cochin Office (Kaloor). You will be handling the end-to-end Accounting activities of one of our division in this position.
About Us
Sterling Sites is primarily into Building Material Trading and Construction. Headquartered in Oman, we are having operations in UAE, Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar as well. STG Marketing & Services Pvt Ltd is our subsidiary branch registered in India.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling Bank Reconciliation, Sundry Creditor & Debtors Reconciliation etc
- Settlement preparation of employees in case of leave and cancellation
- Preparing Monthly Financial Reports
- Statutory Compliance
- Handling VAT / GST requirements
- Cash / Cheque receipt booking and allocation
- Invoice booking and Cheque issue
- Payroll processing
- Journalization and Credit note issue
Qualifications
Education : Master's or Bachelor degree in Commerce
Knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting principles is compulsory
Experience : At least 1 year experience in accounts
Added advantage : Prior experience in an audit firm is an added advantage
Working days : Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday will be fixed week off)
